Welcome

Our name is May, and this is where we can talk about some things we don't feel appropriate to discuss elsewhere.

For several years now, we've been aware of people who are plural; having met several alters or inners as appropriate. We have always found this fascinating, being curious how they think and how they see the world. These are some of the smartest people we know - although a few are also very troubled.

We have been envious.

We know that this isn't all fun-and-games, that it doesn't always work out well, but we're lonely.

We need a place to talk about this. We've talked to our friends, and to their inners, asking them about who they are, hoping to find a clue as to how to become plural ourselves, but we still are lonely.

Friday, a troubled friend called us up. Needing help. It became clear talking to her that she is plural, and inners were starting to push out. We talked to her, assured her it was okay, assured her we were here for her.

And we wondered when it'll be our turn. How do we end up there?

Why are we trapped in this crowded world and yet we are lonely?
